* Check if everything you need is included - camping chairs, GPS, child seats, bike racks, etc. Consider any pre-orders
* It usually makes sense to book the first night or two nights in advance. Campsites tend to fill up quickly with locals, especially on a weekend and near the city.

Winterization:All motorhomes may not be driven in winter under freezing conditions, except for the unique MHA-Winter motorhome unit (2650) by CanaDream, which was built especially for winter conditions and allows the use of water, toilet and shower in freezing conditions. Once the motorhome is winterized, no water can be filled into the fresh water tank and it can not be connected to the water supply. Therefore, no water is available in the motorhome. It is the responsibility of the guests to winterize the motorhome at their own expense during the trip if weather conditions require it. The guest is also financially responsible that the camper will be winterized again on the return journey, if the camper was winterized at the time of collection. If the RV is not returned winter-proof at -5 degrees Celsius or below, a hibernation fee of US$150 will be charged.
